Chicago, Illinois. Residents who did or did not file an appeal previously are encouraged to do so if they think their property was over assessed.  Property owners with questions on the Board of Review appeal process are encouraged call Commissioner Suffredin’s Evanston District office at 847-864-1209 with questions or to schedule individual appointments to answer questions.  Information on the appeal process can be found on the Board of Review website at www.cookcountyboardofreivew.com.
